The conference will address issues surrounding the infusion of Electronic International Trade, Electronic Commerce Infrastructures, Security, Information Technology and Telecommunication into the machinery for economic growth and productivity within the African continent. The conference will address the Digital Opportunity as it affects the African continent and the need for a framework and guidelines that will enable and empower the constructive participation of African countries in the Global Enterprise.
This conference will provide a collaborative forum for governments and businesses to discuss the evolving business and economic paradigms in the African context, and jointly initiate a framework for a true global electronic enterprise. The goal is to employ the effectiveness and efficiency embodied by the Internet, electronic business and commerce, information technology and telecommunication, to promote sustainable economic development in African countries and communities that currently fail substantially in benefiting from the Information Technology revolution.
The conference program draws on strategic, tactical, and operational experiences of industry, government, and academic sectors. It will provide a collaborative forum for tool providers, infrastructure builders, information security practitioners, electronic business consultants, policy makers, and others. This will lead to the formation of a working group that will include representatives from industries and government who will formulate policies that will empower the existing global e-business framework. The leading objective of the conference is to serve as the catalyst for enabling the building of Virtual Bridges between Africa and global economies.
This conference will be the first to integrate Africa into the global framework for Electronic Commerce. Increase your companys visibility and brand recognition to thousands of prospective buyers in the continent of Africa. Expand the reach of your business to the many African countries such as Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, as well as other African countries. Join the hundreds of technical experts who will converge in Abuja, Nigeria to exchange strategy and tactics built on collaborative business alliances; business to business, business to government, industry to industry, industry to government and government to government collaborations.
