The NOP Call Centre
NOP’s International Telephone Interviewing facility in central London is believed to be the largest in Europe, with 140 workstations for computer-aided telephone interviewing. During 1999, the centre conducted a total of 183,000 hours of interviewing across 40 countries within Europe, the Americas, Australasia, Africa and the Middle East. Teams of native or fully bilingual interviewers cover all of the European languages as well as the Far East. All international studies are undertaken with a maximum ratio of one supervisor to five interviewers, using native speaking supervisors for all key languages.
